  • Digital forms including first board meeting minutes

  • Directors service address (Usual cost £25 per director)
  • Incorporation certificate
  • Share certificates
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • First year confirmation statement prepared and filed (Usual cost £25)
  • VAT & PAYE registration (Usual cost £85 per registration)
  • Discount off our bookkeeping services worth £120

Preparing and Filing Confirmation Statements (form CS01)

Have a confirmation statement due for filing? Do you not have the time or know how to file one with Companies House?  We can file this for you.

It is a simple three stage process:  

  • Book a call / video call with one of the team and complete the CS01 form
  • Approve the draft CS01 form and send us your payment of £25
  • Receive email confirmation of CS01 form submission and acceptance

Registered Office & Service Addresses

You can have your company’s registered office and directors service address held at our office.  At a cost of £25 per year, per entity registered at our address.
